Cake.  I love cake.

 A and I were able to meet up with Barb and her team at Sweet Cakes Design, LLC in Belmont, Mi for a tasting when we were back in the US.  We were really happy with the cakes.  OMG, the coconut cake with lime curd is to freaking die for.  It's definitely going to be one of the layers! I was also really happy that A decided to actually design the cake!  He hasn't really been into planning (unshockingly) so when he tried his hand at a design, happiness ensued!  The cake will look something like below, but with purple scrolls.
